Give an address and ask. Requests are reviewed by a person; if yours is approved, the box mails you a link. Open it, pick a handle, and your pages live at <handle>.art.… — with a certificate ordered the moment you claim it.

The address is how you sign in afterwards, so use one you keep. There is no password to lose.
